Please be advised that you may withdraw your TractoTVN straight to your TIDEX Wallet for trading purposes. This is to minimize transaction fees (GAS) incurred for every Ethereum-based ERC20 token transactions.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Click the Profile menu on the left-side of your dashboard.
2. On the Wallet Settings tab, please enter your TIDEX TRCT wallet address in one of the external Tracto Wallet Text Field (Wallet 1 or Wallet 2). Click Save.
3. Click the Wallets menu.
4. At the bottom of TractoTVN Account box, click the ERC20 exchange icon.
5. Withdrawal Form will appear. Click in the Available Balance box, enter the TractoTVN amount you want to transfer.
6. Inside the Transaction – Confirmation tab:
i) Select your TIDEX Wallet address.
ii) Enter your TVN Password.
iii) Verify using the SMS verification OR Google Authentication.
iv) Click Confirm button.
